Coaching Program
- Terri is very enthusiastic and energetic about the process of positive change. She helped identify areas of my life which could benefit from work. She challenged my thinking and helped me plan new ways to solve old problems. Unlike a "to do" list which many of us may make and then forget, Terri checks in and, in a very upbeat manner, encourages progress and accomplishments. If you are ready to commit to the change process, Terri is a very helpful resource.

Book Review
- This is a great motivational life story.
I was very moved by this book. I've spent my life as a thin person, and have
never felt the emotional distress that people with
morbid obesity suffer through. It is one thing to
see the way obese people are treated on t.v., however,
it is a totally different thing to experience the
pain to be a "normal" person that fits in with today's
society. Terri Lipsey, exposes herself, her years
of pain, insecurities and courageousness throughout
the entire book. The illustrations and pictures show
two totally different lives of one strong woman.
I would highly suggest this book for anyone contemplating
gastric-bypass surgery and for the people who love
them. This book is extremely motivational for kids
and adults. The book candidly exposes her life and
the choices she made to find happiness.

- I met Terri for the first time in January 2007. Not only is she a beautiful person on the outside but has the same inner beauty. She is so confident and postive I could not believe it when she told me she had once weighed over 300 lbs. Wow!!! I was motivated to lose weight myself and get back on track. Thank you Terri for being such an inspiration."
